Hello, I’m attorney Mark Klein and I have served as legal council for hundreds of small businesses during my 30 plus years in practice. You know we all laugh at the absurdity of stories like the one of the woman who spilled scalding coffee on herself yet sued MacDonalds and won – or that Winnebago had to pay out damages to an RV owner who caused an accident when the driver left their seat with the cruise control activated.
